Rik Sadowski

My name is Rik Sadowski and I am a  trainer who has over nine years experience in the sports medicine field.  Having worked as a Clinical Athletic Trainer and adjunct professor at Ball State University, I am proficient in injury rehabilitation as well as post rehab techniques.  I have a strong background in functional training and sport specific training.  Along with this I enjoy training stay-at-home mothers, high school prep athletes as well as elite athletes. Previously I have been a high school conditioning coach winning six State finals and four consecutive State Championships.

 

My training philosophy is to train movement patterns, improve running mechanics, first step quickness, and overall agility and balance.  I use these techniques to assure my clients the results they are looking for!

Body Composition Monitoring!!

My name is Monica Yoder and I am a certified professional trainer of four years.  I am also certified to teach Matwork Pilates.  I recently graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Finance.   I love my career.  It is not just a job; it is a way of life.  There is not a single day I wake up not looking forward to helping people step further toward their health and fitness goals. It excites me to help people change their lifestyle because I have experienced it personally.  My fitness journey began over four years ago and has completely changed my outlook on life.  Over the past few years I have transformed my body, dropping 16% body fat by losing 21 pounds of fat and gaining the same amount as muscle!  This means I have gone from a size 10 pants to a size 1 – I must admit it was not an easy road! Transforming your lifestyle takes willpower, determination, and persistence in all aspects, from weight training and cardio to proper nutrition.

Because of the transformation I have experienced, I feel I can more closely relate to all of my clients.  It motivates me to see all of the hard work and dedication that my clients put into learning a healthier lifestyle pay off.  I continually accept the challenge of each individual person I coach.  I see myself not only as a trainer, but an enthusiast for all of my clients.  Everyone has different needs and goals and I have made it my mission to help everyone strive toward their goals.

In my free time I enjoy training myself and experimenting with how my body reacts to different tests and trials.  I think my passion for fitness is reflected in how much I enjoy working at All About Bodies.  Not only do I take pride in the accomplishments I have made, I also applaud all of my fellow fitness participants for striving to change themselves.  Hard work pays off…so keep it up!!!

Hello, my name is Lee Glidewell and I have been a trainer at AAB for just over a year.

Since I began working at ALL ABOUT BODIES FITNESS on 10/30/ 2007, I have lost over 45 lbs!!  And now I am on my way to below 10% body fat. The knowledge I have gained from PAYAM and his trainers has been tremendous, and I know now I can achieve any goal I set.  This knowledge is my tool that I use now to teach my own clients on how to drop their body fat percentages fast!  Because I have done it myself I can relate more easily with my clients and their problems and help them overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals more easily!  I tell each and everyone of them I am married with kids and in my thirties with very little time to devote to my own training everyday but if I can do it so can you and I will show you how for I have been there and I can help you achieve the goals you want!!

           

            I am a typical “gym rat” who loves the atmosphere a gym provides with the sound of people working out hard and motivational music playing to get you pumped up!   I have been weight training for 15 years, I started lifting to develop explosiveness for football, and I ended up falling in love with the ‘pump” I get in the gym.

            My training style is what I call “old school tools with new school rules”, in which I incorporate traditional exercise and add multiple variables like angles, reps, and sets to cause “muscle confusion” and yield faster muscle growth!

            My personal fitness goals are to continue dropping body fat and to become ripped so I like to think that because I am still a work in progress, I can make a valuable connection with my clients who can see my progress and know that it is possible to reach their own goals.  I practice what I preach and you will see me in the club right beside you working out and putting myself through the same torturous workouts I will be putting you through.  I eat the same healthy protein shakes and diet I tell you to eat and we can get in shape together and help each other out.  You see your results help motivate me in pushing you further and to the next level you probably never knew you could achieve!  So, come in and train with me and stay tuned to this site as I continue to post my progress as I change my body to a new “Lee” and maybe I can put you on the site as you change your body to a new “you”.  WE will do it together!!

I am the one you want to motivate you and get you started on your exercise routine for I can give you a “good kick in the pants” to get you going.  You see I'm a former Navy officer, I Boxed in the 1981 Navy Boxing Team at Millington Naval Airbase in Tennessee. I was later trained in Muy Tai Kickboxing. I was also taught the Northern Praying Mantis Style of Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan by Sixth Generation Grandmaster Pui Chan from Wah Lum Temple in China. 

As you can see my background is extensive in Martial arts and I also was trained in the art of IsshinRyu Okinawan Karate where I attained my Brown Belt under my Sensei 7th Dan Mike Reeves. Post Navy I resided in Orlando, Florida for 15 years where I conducted kickboxing classes and assisted my Sensei with Self-Defense Tactical Training Courses. 

 

Presently semi-retired, I came to reside in Northern Georgia, with my wife Maritza and 3-year old son Seth.

I joined Team Payam at All About Bodies Fitness Center a couple of years ago.  Best thing I ever did!  I have trained at many fitness centers in my long and extensive career and let me tell you Payam’s place is second to no one!!  He allows me to express my “own style of training” and I like to implement martial arts into my personal training, integrating flexibility and agility. Shocking the body with plyometrics and utilizing isometrics into the client's exercise regimen. I also use basic boxing moves and equipment to enhance quick reflexes, coordination, and boost one's cardio output. I really enjoy motivating people and like to make the work-out really fun and interactive, especially in our cardio-kickboxing class sessions. On the other hand, I can get real military during our "Boot Camp" sessions if you get slack and I need to get you pumped up! Along with teaching the Boot Camp sessions I also teach the Cardio Kickboxing classes at All About Bodies.  They are lots of fun you should definitely join me sometime!   On a more a personal note, I have strong moral convictions, and I am feeling called to work with the youth, introducing Combat Sports to the Church, as well as to the Schools in our community.  I enjoy serving the community and the schools as Team Payam goes to the schools and we perform teacher Boot Camp sessions for the entire faculty at any school, maybe one day you will see me at your school!  Wherever you see me at your school, in our gym or at your corporate business facility just remember I will be there giving you all I have to motivate and kick your butt in a fun and pleasurable way!!  So come in and join me today at ALL ABOUT BODIES FITNESS CENTER!!
